Here we plan a light experience for your space, so you are getting a much more tailored experience. Lastly, we are working hard on launching a joint product with our investor Biogena, set to launch early 2025. Yes! We are light and well-being experts and the big thing with our technology is that the dosage varies for the desired benefit. No matter if you choose our finished products or go for the bespoke solution, there is always a degree of us tailoring the dosage and offering materials for you to increase customer satisfaction and measurability.

This depends on what kind of partnership you are looking for. If you are looking for a few of our end-consumer products the price range starts at roughly 3.000€, if you are more interested in a bespoke solution, where we create a tailor light experience to your offerings, the average price range begins at roughly 15.000€. For our bespoke light experiences, the product development process averages from 7-8 weeks. This is due to the fact that we are diving deep into a planning process, followed by production and shipping, then set-up and testing. All other kinds of partnerships are ready-made and can be with you within a matter of days-weeks.

We also offer wholesale capabilities, yes. If you are interested in becoming one of our authorised resellers, we are eager to meet you and your business idea. After we match well, we have all contracts and pricing guidelines prepared.

With the end-consumer products you will receive the light panel(s) with all relevant accessories for placement, as well as basic usage guidance. For the bespoke light experiences, you will receive your tailor-made panels, as well as back-end integration for soundscapes, visualscapes and CRM capabilities. With our partner product with Biogena, we are still in development and will update the information soon.

Set up the device on a table or use the hanging kit included with the packaging to mount it on the back of a door or wall. Plug in the device, turn on the main power switch and have both smaller red switches on position II. Expose the part of your body that you would like to target without clothing. Depending on distance and what your goals are, use the light for a maximum of between 10-20 minutes daily.

While there is a growing body of scientific research suggesting that modest amounts of red and NIR LED light may benefit certain eye conditions, Luminous Labs products lights are very bright due to their high intensity! While the light is not harmful to the eyes, we suggest wearing the included eye goggles.

The best part about it? You can redo our bootcamp whenever you want! As a rule of thumb, we recommend a daily session of 10-20 minutes.

There is no scientific research on the optimal time of day for your red-light sessions, we recommend planning your sessions according to what you want to achieve out of those sessions. For example, if you’re looking to improve your overall performance throughout the day, we recommend a more “powerful” session in the morning to supercharge your cells. If your goal however is to reach a deeper and better sleep, we recommend a lighter and shorter session in the evening – at least an hour before going to bed.

All products come with a power plug compatible with your location.

Pro Series single product: These are model1 or model2, first comes with a stand included, second with a hanging kit consisting of a metal hook, height adjuster and metal carabiners. You can either place both panels on the floor or hang them on a doorframe. Additionally, all single-product orders come with the brain included.

Pro Series combined product: Additionally to the hanging gear, we have connection gear to combine the two panels, have the power run through the whole panel and. With a second purchase there is no brain included.

Essential: Comes with a hanging kit, practical stand and a power chord.

Kini: Comes with a USB-C charging cable, 50pcs of stickers and a wristband.

Which one is right for me?

Pro Series: This is the first product we’ve launched and comes in six sizes. The Pro Series is a modular series, you can expand your set-up as you desire. The light comes with 100mW/cm2 in light intensity, continuous light, dual LED feature of red and near-infrared light. The unique-ness of the Pro Series is the brain, the black control box on top, that controls either one or multiple panels.

Essential: Is our stand-alone product and cannot be combined with the Pro Series or the kini. The essential offers a perfect start into Photobiomodulation and covers all the basics. The unique-ness of the product is the brain boosting mode. When the power button is pressed for a second time, the light function switches from continuous light to 10Hz pulsed light, which has shown to increase light penetration and brain boosting effects such as memory, focus and mood.

Kini: “Kini” means “abundance” in Hawaiian and is a popular female name/greeting you wish females specifically. Is our newly launched, wearable product, with which we are focussing more onto the female health and longevity market. As we are contributing to research, we are focussing all our efforts into female health, fertility optimization, cycle optimization and menopause specifically. You can use kini on the go, targeting your lower abdomen or inner wrist to achieve female health or systemic effects. The unique-ness of kini is the convenience in use. The main working mechanism, even though it is a small product, is through blood irradiation. This, in combination with the highest intensity and placement on specific parts of the body can lead to systemic effects.

Natural sunlight offers massive benefits, but excess exposure to sunlight, however, can cause problems. This is where red light technology comes in. In recent years, using red light (photobiomodulation) has gained popularity as an alternative to sunlight, because of the amount of convenience and control it offers (like setting the intensity and wavelength). However, while red light is helpful for improving your overall well-being, increasing energy, and optimising sleep IT IS NOT a substitute for natural full-spectrum sunlight. Ideally, you want to get both in your daily routine – sunlight in the morning to help you wake up, boost vitamin D levels, improve mood, etc., and red light from a red light therapy device to boost mitochondrial function and improve your overall health and wellness. However, since getting regular doses of sunlight might not be possible for everyone (due to location, season, schedule, lifestyle, etc.), then red light technology is a great and convenient alternative to make up for the low amount of natural light!

Both Red Light and NIR light are a part of the light spectrum of the sun. Red Light emits wavelengths of between 600-700 nm and near-Infrared Light (NIR) is invisible to the naked eye and has a wavelength of 700nm to 1000nm. NIR can penetrate the skin much deeper than red light, including all soft tissue, connective tissue, and bone. 

The near-infrared light spectrum is not visible to the human eye, and therefore any light that has a wavelength greater than around 750nm, you will not be able to see with your naked eye. Your body will still be feeling all the powers of the light wave lengths though!

Almost all lights have flicker, because of the frequency of the AC mains. LEDs, as used in most red light therapy devices, can be especially troublesome if they are designed with low quality components. Our Luminousred lights use high quality anti flicker power drivers to ensure 0% flicker rate.

Yes. While there is no negative effects to getting too much red light, the results will disappear if you get too much. Same if you do not get enough. There is a sweet spot in the middle that you should aim to hit. Most studies show that 10-20 minutes a day is adequate. This is highly independent on the individual. Play around with it and see what feels best!

We accept returns within 30 days from the receipt of your product. All employees and owners at Luminousred use our own branded devices and we LOVE them!
