On March 31st, 2022, Luminous Labs reached an exciting milestone: we officially upgraded our European logistics by transitioning from a small, local warehouse to partnering with a professional logistics provider.
The Journey So Far
Since February 2021, all European orders were shipped from our base in Graz, Austria. Deliveries within the EU took 2-3 days, free of additional costs like duties or import fees. While efficient, we recognized the need to scale up as our customer base grew.
Partnering with Weship
We’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with Weship, a full-service fulfillment provider for e-commerce businesses. All European orders will now be shipped from Weship’s state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Premstätten, Austria.
This partnership allows us to offer a smoother buying experience, streamlined operations, and even greater flexibility to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently.
